Injection site tracker app
PepVault records the injection site for every dose on a front and back body map. Your history shows where each earlier entry was logged, such as left thigh or right abdomen, so you have an organised record of your site rotation.
What it records
- The site of each entry, picked on a front or back body map
- Left and right side for each area
- A site history alongside the dose history
- A Suggest button that proposes a site for the entry
How to use it
- Start a new dose entry.
- Switch between the front and back body map.
- Tap the site you used, or tap Suggest.
- Save. The site appears next to the dose in your history.
Why it helps
Remembering where the last few injections went is harder than it sounds, especially with more than one a week. A written record removes the guesswork.
Follow the rotation pattern your healthcare professional gave you. PepVault's job is to make the record of where you have been easy to keep and easy to read.
Questions about the injection site tracker
Why keep an injection site log?
People who inject regularly are usually advised by their clinician to rotate sites. A log shows exactly which sites you have used and when, which is hard to recall from memory.
Which sites can I record?
The body map has front and back views with left and right areas, including the abdomen and thighs.
