Peptide vial inventory and expiration tracker
PepVault keeps an inventory of your vials. For each vial you can record its strength, lot number, purchase cost, whether it is sealed or reconstituted, its expiration date and its storage conditions, and the app shows how much supply remains.

What it records

How to use it
- Open the Vials tab and tap the plus button.
- Enter the peptide name and the strength printed on the vial.
- Add the lot number, cost, expiration date and storage details from the label.
- Mark the vial as reconstituted when you mix it. Empty vials move to the archive.
Why it helps
Vials are easy to lose track of. Two that look identical can have different lot numbers, different expiry dates and different amounts left. The Vials tab keeps active vials on one shelf and archived or empty ones on another, with a fill bar on each so a low vial is obvious at a glance.
Recording the lot number and purchase cost gives you a record to refer back to: which batch an entry came from, and what each vial cost.
Questions about the vial inventory and expiration tracking
Can I track several vials of the same peptide?
Yes. Each vial is its own record with its own strength, lot number, dates and remaining supply.
What is the difference between sealed and reconstituted?
A sealed vial is unopened, usually a dry powder. A reconstituted vial has had liquid added and is ready to draw from. The two generally have different storage instructions and usable periods, so PepVault lets you mark which state each vial is in.
Does PepVault tell me how long a vial is good for?
No. You enter the expiration date and storage conditions from the label or from your pharmacist or prescriber. PepVault stores and displays them.
