About PepVault

What is PepVault?

PepVault is a peptide tracker app for Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. It keeps a personal record of your doses, vial inventory, injection sites, schedules and reminders, body measurements and side effects in one place, and can export your dose history as a CSV file.

Is PepVault free?

PepVault is free to download from Google Play and the App Store. The App Store version offers optional in-app purchases.

What is the best app to track peptides?

A good peptide tracker should log doses quickly, keep a vial inventory with expiration dates, record injection sites, send reminders and let you export your data. PepVault does all of these: dose log, vial inventory with lot numbers and expiry, body-map site tracking, schedules with reminders, progress charts and CSV export.

Which phones does PepVault work on?

PepVault is available for Android through Google Play, and for iPhone, iPad and Mac through the App Store, where it is listed as PeptideMate - Peptide Tracker. The Apple version needs iOS 17, iPadOS 17 or macOS 14 or later.

Is PeptideMate the same app as PepVault?

Yes. The app is listed as PepVault: Peptide Tracker on Google Play and as PeptideMate - Peptide Tracker on the App Store. It is the same peptide tracker with the same features.

Who makes PepVault?

PepVault: Peptide Tracker is published by Dual Teams.

Does PepVault sell peptides?

No. PepVault is a record-keeping app. It does not sell, supply or recommend peptides or any other product.

Is there a free peptide tracking app?

Yes. PepVault is free to download for Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. The App Store version offers optional in-app purchases.

Is there a peptide tracker app for both iPhone and Android?

Yes. PepVault is on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac, where it is listed as PeptideMate - Peptide Tracker.

Tracking

What can I track in PepVault?

Doses (peptide name, amount, date, time, injection site, notes and side effects), vials (strength, lot number, cost, sealed or reconstituted status, expiration date, storage conditions and remaining supply), schedules and reminders, body measurements (weight, body fat and waist) and check-ins for mood, energy, sleep and appetite.

Can I track any peptide, or only certain ones?

Any. You type the name yourself, so PepVault works for whatever is on your label. The app does not carry a catalogue of products and does not recommend any.

Can I use PepVault to track GLP-1 injections such as semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. PepVault logs any named compound, including once-weekly injections. You enter the name, amount, date and site; reminders follow the schedule you set.

Can PepVault remind me when a dose is due?

Yes. Create your own schedule and enable reminders. Scheduled entries for the day appear on the home screen.

Can I track injection sites?

Yes. Each dose can be tagged with a site on a front and back body map, and your history shows the site next to every entry.

Can I export my data?

Yes. PepVault exports your recorded dose history as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

Can I change the units?

Yes. Doses can be entered in mcg or mg, and preferred units for measurements are set in the app settings.

Can I track multiple peptides at once?

Yes. Every dose entry and every vial has its own name, so you can log several peptides side by side, give each its own schedule and filter the history to one at a time.

Is there an app to track injection sites so I can rotate them?

Yes. PepVault records the site of every dose on a front and back body map, lists the site beside each entry in your history and has a Suggest button that proposes a site for the next one.

Can an app keep track of when my peptide vial expires?

PepVault stores an expiration date, storage conditions and sealed or reconstituted status for every vial, so the dates sit in one place next to how much is left. Its reminders are for the doses on your schedule.

What is the best app to track BPC-157 or TB-500 injections?

Any tracker that logs a named compound with its amount, date, site and vial will work. PepVault lets you type any name, including BPC-157 and TB-500, and keeps the dose log, vial inventory and injection sites together. It records what you enter and does not recommend doses.

GLP-1 tracking

What is the best GLP-1 shot tracker app?

Look for a tracker that logs each weekly dose with its date, amount and injection site, reminds you on dose day and charts your weight. PepVault does all of these and also records side effects and check-ins for appetite, energy, sleep and mood, with a CSV export for appointments.

Can I track Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound in PepVault?

Yes. You type the medicine name yourself, so PepVault works for any semaglutide or tirzepatide product. PepVault is not affiliated with the makers of those medicines.

How should I track weight loss on a GLP-1?

Weigh yourself on the same day each week at the same time of day and log it next to your doses. A weekly reading is easier to interpret than daily ones, which swing with water and food. PepVault charts weight, body fat and waist over one month, three months or all time.

Does PepVault tell me when to increase my GLP-1 dose?

No. Dose changes are decided by your prescriber. PepVault records the doses you enter and gives you a clear history to bring to the appointment.

Calculations

How many units is 250 mcg on an insulin syringe?

It depends on the concentration. From a 5 mg vial with 2 mL added (2.5 mg/mL), 250 mcg is 10 units on a U-100 syringe. From a 10 mg vial with 2 mL added (5 mg/mL), it is 5 units.

How do I convert mg to mL for a peptide?

Divide the dose in mg by the concentration in mg/mL. At 2.5 mg/mL, a 0.5 mg dose is 0.5 ÷ 2.5 = 0.2 mL, which is 20 units on a U-100 syringe.

How do I calculate how many units to draw?

Divide the vial strength by the liquid added to get the concentration, divide your dose by that concentration to get the volume, then multiply by 100 for units on a U-100 syringe. Example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL added is 2.5 mg/mL; a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units. The free PepVault reconstitution calculator on this site does the arithmetic for you.

How many mcg are in 1 mg?

There are 1,000 micrograms (mcg) in 1 milligram (mg). So 0.25 mg is 250 mcg, and 500 mcg is 0.5 mg.

How many units are in 1 mL?

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equal 1 mL, so 1 unit is 0.01 mL. A 0.5 mL syringe holds 50 units and a 0.3 mL syringe holds 30 units.

Are the calculators on this site medical advice?

No. They do unit arithmetic on the numbers you type in. They do not tell you what dose to take. Always confirm amounts with your prescriber or pharmacist.

Safety and privacy

Does PepVault give medical or dosing advice?

No. PepVault is for personal record keeping and organisation only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not prescribe peptides or recommend doses, protocols or treatment plans. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing anything.
